About Michelle
Michelle Healy upholds the professional standards when working with clients for both the buying and selling side of Real Estate. Her candor is well noted thoughout the process. Michelle has years of experience in working with both new construction and resale through out her career. When it comes to new construction, she been an onsite agent with Epic Homes (Voted top 10 luxury builders in metro Atlanta in 2024 and 2025), Arkan Homes, Kittle Homes, Stonecrest Homes, HRC Construction, and Brent Boyd Custom Homes. In 2024 she made it to the Obie Awards finals for top sales agent of the year. Michelle is up for consideration for Top Producer from the Atlanta Board of Realtors with her combined sales with her sales partners reaching 50 million for 2025 sales year. Her extensive knowledge in new construction makes her an excellent representative to bring the buyer/seller from dirt to the closing table. Builders have leaned on her for plan change ideas, community concepts, and both interior and exterior design of homes.
